I'm pickin' up good vibrations...
Today has been awesome so far! This morning was busy, but as I was getting ready to leave my apartment I listened to my Beach Boys CD. I got a few of those "10 Best" series CDs the other day at Best Buy when I went there for a flash drive. I got Beach Boys, Culture Club, Bonnie Tyler, and Blondie/Pat Benatar. I had a nice lunch of pho with Jennifer and Amy, and I also got this lovely compliment. Yippee!

Good Choice
Good choice in the tunes - though are you really an 80's diva (you look too young)? This is my kinda highschool music!! 'Totally awesome'!
I'm 28, will be 29 on October
I'm 28, will be 29 on October 3 (13 days from now!). I do like a lot of 80s music, mostly because it's so happy. Very little of the music I like is sad--Joni Mitchell and the Smiths are awesome though. I find upbeat piano parts especially pleasant to listen to, like the piano part in the middle of "Into the Groove" by Madonna and the piano parts in "Head Over Heels" by the Go-Gos.
80's angst
ah yes, a wee lad ya are :)
but wait - you need to angst of the 80's too - the Cure, souxie (sp?)and the banshee, skinny puppy, sisters of mercy, sex pistols, forgotten rebels. sigh. yes i miss my mohawk (no really, i had one). of course the 'new wave' stuff as well - the the, flock of seagulls, human league, the fixx, duran duran....gosh i am having a serious flashback....
will have to keep your bday in mind - Libra women are very cool!
The Smiths are sad?
Morrissey's, like, the funniest lyricist ever!
