Should I assign this book to my speech students?

I think I read that book. It took me a very long time to be comfortable talking in front of groups, or perhaps to notice that I was only uncomfortable when I didn't prepare. (Admittedly, this was almost all the time, so perhaps that's why I never figured out the correlation.)
