Of course it is.

But it'll get worse before it gets better
After I wrote this post this morning -- about two hours after -- my mom called to tell me my uncle, her brother, passed away suddenly. I'm so tired, I've barely been able to eat today, and I feel awful for my mom, my cousins, and especially my grandmother. I talked to her today, and she's in bad shape.
I had zero energy before, but now it's in the negative numbers.
You're in my thoughts.
I hope things get better soon--take a deep breath.
